The VFLW Bulldogs have made six changes to their side ahead of Sunday’s round 12 battle against the Southern Saints at Trevor Barker Beach Oval.
AFLW Bulldogs Dani Marshall and Gemma Lagioia will be welcomed back, alongside state-league players Jemima Woods, Caitlin Sargent, Stephanie Asciak and Molly Denahy Maloney (returning from concussion).
The Bulldogs will however be without Ellyse Gamble, Kirsten McLeod and Isabella Grant.
GWV Rebels Tahlia Meier, Ella Friend and Nyakoat Dojiok also make way from last week’s team.
Sunday will mark the second time the Dogs and Saints have met this season – having gone head-to-head just four weeks ago.
It was the Bulldogs who earned bragging rights that day, defeating the Saints by 18 points at VU Whitten Oval.
Another win on Sunday could see the seventh-placed Bulldogs leapfrog their opposition into the top six, with just two rounds of the home-and-away season remaining.
The top six sides will qualify for the VFLW Finals Series.
