Star midfielder Jack Macrae has added to his AFLCA Champion Player of the Year votes tally after another standout performance against the GWS Giants in round six.
Macrae – the only player in the competition to have polled votes in each round – added another eight votes in the win against the Giants.
The 26-year-old had 40 disposals, six clearances and kicked a goal.
It takes him to third spot on the leaderboard with 33 votes, one behind Melbourne’s Max Gawn (34) and five behind Fremantle’s David Mundy.
Adam Treloar was equally influential against the Giants, according to the coaches.
He also collected eight votes, after enjoying a damaging 35-disposal, one-goal performance.
Fellow midfielders Marcus Bontempelli (four), Tom Liberatore (three) and Josh Dunkley (one) also featured among the voting, as did defender Alex Keath (two).
Bontempelli (22), Treloar (21) and Dunkley (19) also sit inside the top 20 on the leaderboard.
