Five AFL-listed players will make the trip to Ballarat for Footscray’s second practice match this Saturday.
 
Following the team’s 24-point win at Victoria University Whitten Oval against Werribee last week, Footscray will take on North Ballarat in preparation for round one of the VFL season.

Fletcher Roberts, who made a successful return to match play with Footscray last week, will continue his progress alongside Nathan Hrovat, who will play his first match after suffering a rib injury in the Western Bulldogs’ opening NAB Challenge match.
 
Roberts and Hrovat will join Tom Campbell, Lachie Hunter and Koby Stevens as AFL-listed players in the Footscray lineup.
 
Mark Austin and Jordan Russell will lead the team for the first time after being announced as co-captains this week.
