Five players from the Western Bulldogs' AFLW team will line up in the VFL Women’s Grand Final on Sunday, when Darebin meet Diamond Creek at Etihad Stadium.

AFLW listed Bulldogs Nicole Callinan, Libby Birch, Katie Brennan and Aasta O’Connor will pull on the jumper for Darebin, while Kirsty Lamb will be the Bulldogs’ sole representative for Diamond Creek.

Diamond Creek were 25-point winners a fortnight ago against Darebin in the semi-final, but the Falcons will be out to claim back-to-back VFL Women’s premierships with victory on Sunday.

First bounce is at midday at Etihad Stadium.
