Star midfielder Jack Macrae continues to push his way up the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award leaderboard.
Despite a disappointing loss to Richmond on Wednesday night, Macrae was one of two Bulldogs among the votes.
Playing his 150th AFL match, Macrae was a standout for the Bulldogs with 37 disposals.
He earned three votes, taking him to fifth on the leaderboard – mid round nine – with a total of 30 votes.
Defender Caleb Daniel – playing his 100th AFL game – also picked up three votes.
Tigers gun Dustin Martin was a clear best afield, receiving a perfect 10 votes.
Noah Balta (four), Jayden Short (four), Trent Cotchin (three), Shain Bolton (two) and Dylan Grimes (one) rounded out the votes.
