Western Bulldogs recruiting manager Simon Dalrymple had to bide his time before getting involved in the 2010 NAB AFL Draft after locking up his first two picks some time ago.

Draft summary
"We're rapt. To have Tom Liberatore and Mitch Wallis already training and going really well is great but it did make tonight a challenge because we were late coming into it. We are very happy with the three boys we were able to bring in.

"They're all a bit different, especially from Libba and Wallis, who are more your inside mids, but we think we've snared some talent and they'll be a bonus for our club.

"Not many people have heard of Zephaniah Skinner, but he's a third tall forward and that was a priority for us."

Selection No. 22 (father/son): Mitchell Wallis  (Calder Cannons)

Selection No.41 (father/son) : Tom Liberatore (Calder Cannons)
Player profile
"Both boys have been with us for a while and they're going really well. They did a time trial on Thursday and Wallis was right up there with Libba just a little bit behind. They're setting a great example.

"Our conditioning coach said to me today that they're tradesmen. They just come to work each day ready to go. We couldn't be happier with them."

Selection No.74: Jayden Schofield (East Fremantle)
Player profile
"Jayden is a half-back flanker from East Fremantle who has got really good speed and agility and is a good decision maker. He's a real competitor who we feel can give us some rebound and use the ball well out of defence. He's got plenty of development left in him; he's still quite skinny, but he'll fit in really well."

Selection No.88: Zephaniah Skinner (Northern Territory)
"Zephaniah is originally from Fitzroy Crossing and he's an excitement machine. I think our supporters should really look forward to watching him play. He's 190cm third tall who is a great tackler and applies great defensive pressure. That was a priority for us and Zephi was number one on our list.

"He's got great flair, but that's also coupled with the defensive pressure. It's a big city, Melbourne, which will be a big change from Fitzroy Crossing but he's been in Darwin for a year now and we've got some plans in place."

Selection No.89: Tom Hill (Northern Knights)
"Tom has had a lot of injuries over the last few years. He was a super-talented junior player with the Knights. I met him when he was 14 and I've seen come through. He's got such talent but the injuries have held him back.

"He had a knee op 12 months ago and got the all clear. We've had plenty of medicals on him and he's been doing a lot of good rehab work with GWS because he relocated up there as a possible VFL-listed player for next year.

"We see him as a tall forward option in three to four years time who could be a bit like a Kurt Tippett at 200cm."
