Something exciting will be taking place this Sunday 3 April prior to our first home game versus the Brisbane Lions.  Round 2 will see the Club unveil months of work to give you, our members and fans, the ultimate football experience.

Located in the heart of the action on Level 1 (behind the goals between aisles 21 and 27 at Etihad Stadium) the all new Footscray End, is a family friendly zone and the place to show your Club colours and stand out from the opposition’s crowd. 

Western Bulldogs Chief Executive, Simon Garlick said “The Footscray End not only acknowledges many of our great traditions and where we have come from as a club, but also celebrates where we are going and our very bright future ahead.”

“We love playing at Etihad Stadium,” Garlick told westernbulldogs.com.au 

“The Club really wanted to drive the home ground feel and Etihad is so close to our spiritual home ground at Whitten Oval.”

Garlick said “the Club has worked closely with key stakeholders in Etihad Stadium and the AFL to achieve this outstanding outcome.”

So make sure you get to next week’s game early and get to Gate 7 to check out the all new Footscray End for yourself.
