The Western Bulldogs will place a major focus on customer service in 2012 by bringing our Customer Service Centre back in-house next month.
 
This significant change is in response to a disappointing year in which Members raised concerns about the quality of membership fulfilment and the customer service provided by an external provider.
 
The Club acknowledges that our committed Members deserve better and that’s why next year we will deliver best practice membership services delivered by dedicated in-house professionals.
 
The Western Bulldogs would like to reiterate their thanks the 32,131 members (including 5,090 new members) for their passion, dedication and support in 2011.
