Competition Update
Matthew Boyd continues to impress so too do our fans and the club's finance officer in our official Dream Team competition
For the first time ladder position and points played a vital role in private leagues and so Dream Team coaches took a more fierce approach when selecting their line-ups.
With a number of popular key players succumbing to injury, not only at Whitten Oval but across all teams there were a number of tough decisions and substitutions to be made.
Congratulations to Dyung Ngo and his team Dirk Digglers who top scored in our Sons of the West competition for Round 4 with an impressive 2,120 points.
Dyung obviously knows a thing or two about coaching as he is also in the overall lead.
He is a mere 29 points ahead of second placed doggie style coached by Brandon Friedman, with Peter Kelly’s SCRAYS in third position on 8,380.
Doing us Bulldogs staff proud is Finance Officer, Jason Hucker. Jason’s Skittle Bomb Dogs are in eighth place on 8,226 points and with no pay due this week, we’re confident Jason will have time to perfect his formula.
But there is still a long way to go and it’s anyone’s game.
In terms of player performances…well avid stats watchers would note that Matthew Boyd is still leading the way for the boys on 482 points, which puts him equal second in the entire AFL.
Brodie Moles has risen more than $47,000 this week after some solid performances and Ryan Griffen can be bought for $393,200 which is $20,000 more than what he started at four weeks ago.

With spot prizes along the way and a signed and framed 2010 Guernsey for the overall winner why wouldn’t you?
