Two changes have been confirmed by the Western Bulldogs for Sunday night’s clash with Carlton at Metricon Stadium.
Influential midfielder Lachie Hunter will return after serving a four-week club suspension, alongside round four debutant Louis Butler for his second game at AFL level.
Hunter’s return will add experience to a Bulldogs’ side that will again be among the youngest in the competition this week.
Making way from the team that defeated North Melbourne last week are Lin Jong (ankle) and Hayden Crozier (suspension).
Matt Suckling, Callum Porter, Jordon Sweet and Ryan Gardner have been named as the emergencies.
The eighth-placed Bulldogs will be chasing a fourth consecutive win, on the back of results against the Kangaroos, Sydney and the GWS Giants.
But to do that, they will need to overcome a dangerous Blues outfit that has already claimed the scalps of Geelong and Essendon in 2020, and sits just one win outside the top eight.
The match will be broadcast live on Fox Footy, and on radio by Triple M, 3AW, SEN 1116, ABC Grandstand and AFL Nation.
