Western Bulldogs skipper Marcus Bontempelli has recorded the Club’s first perfect 10 in the Shadforth AFL Coaches Champion Player of the Year Award.
Bontempelli was adjudged best afield by Luke Beveridge and John Longmire for his dominant performance against Sydney in Round 4.
Five of the six players to receive votes were Bulldogs, with Tim English winning six votes for his outstanding 22-disposal game
After four rounds, Bontempelli and defender Caleb Daniel lead the Bulldogs with 11 votes each, one clear of Bailey Smith.
Brisbane Lions midfielder Lachie Neale leads the competition with 31 votes.
