The Western Bulldogs takes great pride in the way our games and functions are run and seeks to ensure that all guests enjoy their experience. By attending an event hosted by the Western Bulldogs, you agree to be bound by this Code of Conduct. If you fail to comply with this and/or those held by the venue, the club and/or venue operator may ask you to leave the venue.
In the interest and comfort of all guests, the Club respectfully asks that the following rules of etiquette be observed:
- Timely arrival to the function
- Remain quiet during speeches and presentations
- Adhere to the dress code
The Western Bulldogs and the venues we inhabit will not tolerate:
- Drunk and disorderly behaviour
- Swearing or threatening behaviour
- Any form of abuse, physical or verbal
- Damage to property
- Any form of discrimination
- Smoking within the ground
Any person who engages in this type of behaviour is at risk of being removed from the function. If you are required to leave the function for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund or any form of compensation.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The responsible service of alcohol (RSA) is taken very seriously by the Western Bulldogs and associated venues to ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable time. Anyone who is intoxicated may be refused service of alcohol or removed from the venue under RSA requirements.
Dress Code
Please ensure your guests are aware of the dress code of the function you are attending, as security will not permit access to the function room unless suitably attired.
Guest Names and Dietary Requirements
Please ensure you have confirmed guest names and dietary requirements to the Events team at events@westernbulldogs.com.au by COB on the Monday prior to game day or event. If you have not submitted dietary requirements by then, they may not be catered for at the function.
