For the second consecutive week, Marcus Bontempelli has polled a perfect 10 votes in the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award, this time off the back of a 33-disposal performance in the Bulldogs’ win over Melbourne.

After not polling in the first six rounds, Bontempelli has polled maximum votes in the last two rounds.

Tom Liberatore’s AFL record equalling tackle performance also earned the admiration of coaches Paul Roos and Luke Beveridge, with the midfielder polling eight votes from the coaches.

Liberatore also amassed 25 disposals, seven clearances and one goal.

Both Liberatore and Bontempelli now move to equal second position on the Club’s AFLCA Award Leaderboard behind Lachie Hunter (25 votes) who polled another two votes from the match.

Six Bulldogs received votes from the game, with Luke Dahlhaus, Liam Picken and Matthew Boyd also polling.
