Key forward Jesse Hogan and promising midfielder Angus Brayshaw are the key outs for Melbourne ahead of their clash with the Bulldogs in Craigieburn on Sunday.
Hogan will be rested according to the club’s website, and Brayshaw, the former number 3 overall draft pick, will miss time after suffering an injury in during the Demons 19-point opening NAB Challenge clash victory over Port Adelaide.
Skipper Nathan Jones and 2015 Keith ‘Bluey’ Truscott Memorial Trophy winner Berne Vince have been named in the 29-man squad alongside Vic Michie, Alex Neal-Bullen and defender Dean Terlich.
The Bulldogs will take on the Demons at Highgate Recreation Reserve at 2.05pm.
