The Western Bulldogs major sponsor Mission Foods have reaffirmed their commitment to the Club, signing on as a partner for the Club’s women’s team in 2016.

Mission joins the Susan Alberti Medical Research Foundation as co-major partner for the women’s team, with all women’s apparel to feature both logos.

Mission VP of Marketing Asia & Oceania Maria Mitropoulos said the brand was delighted to support the Bulldogs’ women’s team.

“We are extremely proud to be expanding our major partnership of the Western Bulldogs Football Club to include the Bulldogs women’s team, whose talent, passion, energy and professionalism match any elite sporting team.

“It’s crucial for the development of the players and the team they have the recognition and support they deserve.

“Mission Foods has a proud history of supporting women’s sports globally and are looking forward to adding the Bulldogs women’s team to the Mission family.”

The Bulldogs women’s team will wear the Club’s official Indigenous guernsey in their match against Western Australia on Sunday 5 June and the Club’s traditional home guernsey in their match against Melbourne in September.
