Western Bulldogs midfielder Marcus Bontempelli almost scored a perfect ten from the coaches on the weekend after a 30 disposal, two goal effort in his side's 20-point win the Blues.
Bontempelli also had six marks, four tackles, six inside 50s, earning nine out of a possible 10 votes from Luke Beveridge and Carlton coach Brendan Bolton.
The 21-year-old was one of five Bulldogs to pick up votes on Sunday.
Jack Macrae collected 31 disposals at an impressive 87%, most of them in the forward half of the ground, and his eight marks and six tackles were enough for seven votes.
Meanwhile, the 2014 draft class continues to deliver for the Dogs as Toby McLean (26 disposals at 81%, two goals), Bailey Dale (27, two goals) and Caleb Daniel (25 disposals, five clerances) were all among the votes.
Every round, the AFL coaches vote for the best players from their game. The coaches vote for five players, giving them a mark from 1-5.
The maximum a player can score is 10 (with five votes from both coaches).
