Bulldog Katie Brennan will go head-to-head with stars of the game on AFL Grand Final Day, in a bid to be crowned FOX FOOTY’s Longest Kick champion.
This Saturday, current AFL and AFLW stars will join legends of the game as they attempt to kick 75 metres across Melbourne’s Yarra River.
Hawthorn’s Cyril Rioli will lace up his footy boots again to compete against Jack Gunston (Hawthorn), Jack Silvagni (Carlton), Cam Rayner (Brisbane), Sabrina Frederick-Traub (Brisbane), Phil Davis (GWS), Zach Merrett (Essendon), Bachar Houli (Richmond), Ben Griffiths (Richmond), Mitch Duncan (Geelong) and Michael Hibberd (Melbourne).
Wildcard superboot James Pennycuick who booted the Sherrin 73.9m in the 2016 competition will also return.
The FOX FOOTY Longest Kick, will be broadcast LIVE from 10:30am on FOX FOOTY, and streamed at foxsports.com.au
Members of the public can head along to watch and join in the festivities at Birrarung Marr’s Lower Terrace, on the banks of the Yarra River from 10:30am - entry is free.
