Schools have been abuzz with footy fever this September, with the Western Bulldogs’ mascot Woofer making a series of special appearances to football themed days at schools across Melbourne’s West.
Woofer proved his versatility during the visits, participating in a ‘Parents vs Students’ legends match at Williamstown North, a football guernsey parade at Sacred Heart Primary School in Newport and assisting with a football skills clinic at Allamanda P-9 School.
Those were just a selection of the exciting and fun activities during his visits.
These Woofer Schools Visits are part of the ongoing support the Western Bulldogs Football Club provide to schools across Melbourne’s West through the Bulldogs Friendly Schools Program .
