Two Western Bulldogs players featured in the coaches’ votes in the team’s round 10 loss to North Melbourne.
Josh Dunkley led the way for the Dogs, claiming three votes for the match where he gathered 29 disposals, six marks and six tackles.
Sam Lloyd also featured, picking up one vote for his three-goal performance.
The votes were dominated by North Melbourne, who had four players feature.
Ruckman Todd Goldstein received the maximum ten votes from Luke Beveridge and Brad Scott, while Shaun Higgins finished closely after, with eight votes.
Western Bulldogs midfielder Marcus Bontempelli currently sits at fourth place on the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year leaderboard with 44 votes, behind Collingwood’s Brodie Grundy (49), Carlton’s Patrick Cripps (52) and Geelong’s Tim Kelly (57).
