Off the back of Performance Leadership in Melbourne held in March, the Western Bulldogs are bringing the unique professional development course to Ballarat next month.
In time for the Round 8 game at Mars Stadium, enhance your and your business’ ability to connect, inspire, and lead with this immersive two-day short course co-delivered by Victoria University and the Western Bulldogs.
Hear from industry leaders, as they share their experience and insights from leading high performing teams including:
- Luke Darcy – Club Director and Founder of Aleda Collective, a leadership development firm
- Jerril Rechter – Experienced CEO, leadership expert and Club Director
- Ellie Blackburn – 2018 AFLW Premiership Captain, Western Bulldogs
- Easton Wood – 2016 AFL Premiership Captain, Western Bulldogs
In partnership with Victoria University, the course focuses on practical learning, with attendees completing a range of facilitated exercises designed to build understanding the complexities of leadership. In doing so, attendees will be able to recognise, adapt and improve their own approach to leading teams.
This practical learning is complemented by high-performance sport insight through a range of Western Bulldogs guest presenters, providing a behind-the-scenes look at leading in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
Also included in the program is networking and hospitality at our Round 8 Official Match-Day Function at Mars Stadium and premium seating for the game against Port Adelaide.
