The Western Bulldogs have elected not to challenge the one-match sanction handed to defender Zaine Cordy by the AFL Match Review Panel.
Cordy was charged with striking Essendon’s Cale Hooker during the first quarter of Sunday’s match at Etihad Stadium.
The incident was assessed as intentional conduct with low impact to the head.
Cordy will miss Saturday afternoon’s clash with the Sydney Swans at Etihad Stadium.
