Duo Adam Treloar and Laith Vandermeer will be tested at training this week ahead of the Western Bulldogs’ Elimination Final this Friday night.
Head of Sports Medicine, Chris Bell, said both Treloar and Vandermeer are progressing well.
“Adam is progressing as planned following the calf tightness that he experienced in our Round 24 game,” Bell said.
“We have had a clear plan around him across the last 10 days to freshen him up.
“We will look to confirm his availability for the elimination final following our main training session this Wednesday.
“Laith has recovered well from the hamstring tightness that he experienced against GWS.
“He was managed in the early part of last week, and fully trained in our match parameters session on Saturday.
“If Laith gets through full training this week like I expect, he will be available for selection.”
The Bulldogs emerged from the VFL Qualifying Final without any major injury concerns.
