Caleb Poulter will remain in red, white and blue for the next two seasons after signing on until at least the end of 2025.
The mid-season draftee has had a positive start to his time at the Kennel, playing nine games in his first season, averaging 15 touches and three tackles per game.
A former Magpie, Poulter has added plenty of versatility and outside run to the wing position and showed plenty of promise during the final rounds of the season.
The 20-year-old was thrilled to commit to the club that took a chance on him in May.
“Really pumped to be signing on,” Poulter said.
“From where I was six months ago to where I am now – I really am just forever grateful to the Club and excited to be here for two more seasons.
“I wanted to come in and earn the respect of my teammates and coaches – and make an immediate impact which I’ve been able to do.”
Bulldogs’ General Manager of List and Recruiting Sam Power was pleased to lock away the youngster into the future.
“Poults came to us during the mid-season draft in May and hasn’t put a step wrong since returning to the AFL ranks here at the Club,” Power said.
“His outside run has given us a different look on the wing, with his attributes on full display on the weekend with 27 touches and three goals in the Elimination Final victory over Casey.”
“Being only 20 years of age, we’re excited about the growth of Poults as he gets more consistent AFL football under his belt over the next two seasons.”
