Two Bulldogs have polled coaches’ votes for their efforts in Saturday night’s seven-point loss to Gold Coast in Darwin.

Liam Jones was deemed the visitors’ best, earning four votes for a 14-disposal, 10-mark and seven-rebound 50 performance.

Marcus Bontempelli added another vote to his season tally, following his 27 possessions, 11 tackles and nine clearances to remain in the top five overall with 44 votes.

Gold Coast’s Matt Rowell was judged the best afield on Saturday night with 10 votes.
