Tom Liberatore received a maximum ten votes from the AFL Coaches Association against Collingwood, with both Brendan McCartney and Nathan Buckley naming him best on ground.
The clean sweep sees Liberatore now figure in the top ten players in the competition (equal seventh).
Ryan Griffen (six votes), Liam Jones (three votes) and Luke Dahlhaus (one vote) also turned the coaches’ heads in the tight battle.
Two Collingwood players were recognised with votes, with Travis Cloke and Jamie Elliott awarded with seven and three votes respectively.
