He also ranks second for tackles (24) and inside 50s (19) by a ruck.

Over the last few years, English has continued to establish himself as an important part of the Bulldogs’ midfield mix, while also boasting the versatility to slot forward if required. 

The West Australian finished 2022 with an average of 24 disposals, three tackles, five marks and 24 hit-outs – and is tracking well ahead of those numbers already.

At just 25-years-old with game 100 on the horizon too, still has plenty of football in the red, white and blue ahead of him.
