One change has been made to the Western Bulldogs’ line-up for Friday night’s blockbuster against Collingwood at the MCG.
Star defender Jason Johannisen returns from an ankle injury, making his first appearance of 2019.
He replaces key defender Lewis Young, who has been omitted.
Jackson Trengove, Pat Lipinski, Bailey Williams and Roarke Smith are the emergencies.
The match will mark Tory Dickson’s 100th appearance at AFL level.
Dickson joined the Club as a mature-aged draftee at the end of 2011, recruited with pick 57 in the 2011 NAB AFL Draft and making his debut in Round 1, 2012.
He has built a career as a sharp-shooting forward, kicking 161 goals across his career to date, and playing in the Bulldogs’ 2016 premiership side.

Round 10, 2018 – The Bulldogs led by 25 points at quarter-time and three goals at half-time, before being overrun in the second half to go down by 35 points to the eventual grand finalists. Toby McLean starred with 33 disposals, seven clearances and ten tackles, while Jack Macrae (30 disposals) was also influential and Josh Schache made his Dogs debut. Tory Dickson and now-Magpie Jordan Roughead slotted two goals a piece. Adam Treloar was Collingwood’s best with 40 disposals and two goals, while Tom Phillips (36 touches), Jack Crisp (32) and Scott Pendlebury (32) also had plenty of the footy.
