Bulldogs’ duo Ellie Blackburn and Alice Edmonds have topped the round eight AFLCA votes for their efforts in the 15-point win over St Kilda.
Both Nathan Burke and Nick Dal Santo agreed in their assessments of the best on ground, awarding the Bulldogs skipper a perfect 10, and handing eight votes to the emerging ruck.
Blackburn was prolific on Sunday, registering 23 disposals, six tackles and four clearances.
She now sits seventh overall with 45 votes after eight rounds.
Edmonds enjoyed one of her best outings for the season, winning 39 hit outs to go with nine tackles and four marks.
Young guns Jess Fitzgerald and Isabelle Pritchard both received three votes each for their performances, while Elisabeth Georgostathis (two votes), Celine Moody (two) and Issy Grant (one) rounded out the Dogs’ vote-getters.
