1993 AFL National Draft - Fraser Gehrig

Fraser Gehrig was drafted to West Coast in 1993 but it was his time at St Kilda where Gehrig went on to become one of the best forwards of the modern era.

Gehrig was given All Australian honours on two occasions (1997, 2004) and led St Kilda’s goal kicking for five seasons between 2003-2007. He won the Coleman Medal twice in 2004 and 2005.

Gehrig at one time held the bench press record at both West Coast and St Kilda.

1994 AFL National Draft - Adem Yze

Adem Yze enjoyed a successful 14-season career with Melbourne that spanned from 1995-2008.

Yze is third on Melbourne's all-time games list after retiring in 2008 following 271 senior matches. He received Melbourne’s Truscott Medal in 2001 and was given All Australian honours in 2002.

2000 AFL National Draft - Scott Thompson

Renowned for his professionalism and durability, Thompson played a total of 308 AFL matches in a decorated career spanning 17 seasons.

Originally recruited by Melbourne with pick No.16 in the 2000 National Draft, Thompson played 39 games for the Dees before returning to South Australia and joining Adelaide at the end of 2004.

Thompson played a total of 269 matches in the blue, red and gold – ranked eighth all-time at the Crows.

The midfielder was an All Australian (2012) and two-time Crows Club Champion (2011, 2012). He polled more Brownlow Medal votes (155) than any other Crow, finishing third in the 2012 Brownlow count.
