After a number of interrupted years due to COVID-19, the inclusive women’s health and wellbeing program is set to run across 14 sites in the west of Melbourne and Victoria from mid-July.
Facilitated by the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation in partnership with local councils and community health services, the program provides a supportive environment for women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to improve their health and wellbeing and build social connection.
Participants will learn about various mental, physical and social health topics from experts, and partake in physical exercise tailored to their comfort levels.
General Manager of Community and Government Relations at the Western Bulldogs, Kashif Bouns, said it was exciting to have the program return to once again help more women on their journey.
“We’ve been able to help thousands of women over the years on their health and wellbeing journeys. It means so much to us here at the Bulldogs to be able to play that role in people’s lives.”
The program will begin in mid-July, with registrations now open at the below links.
