Fresh, the education division of the Western Bulldogs has joined the Wheels in the West Learner Driver Program in a bid to help its students gain enough driving experience as a learner.

Wheels in the West is a Maribyrnong City Council initiative which calls on volunteers to register to provide 1 hour per week, for 12 months (minimum) to a Learner driver. A vehicle is provided for the training sessions and the volunteer acts as a guide, they are not expected to become a driving instructor but merely provide supervision and support.
The program will help participating Learner drivers become safe and confident drivers and will be a rewarding experience for the volunteer.
