Footscray has submitted a team featuring 17 AFL-listed players for its round two clash with the Northern Bullants on Thursday evening.
Dom Bedendo, Lachie McNeil and Hayden Crozier headline the inclusions, with AFL senior coach Luke Beveridge confirming the latter will play limited game-time as he recovers from a fainting episode.
Captain Lachie Sullivan will start at full forward, with Bailey Van De Heuvel named in the back pocket.
Fellow state-league players Jarrod Gilbee, Will Lewis, Charlie Cormack and Joshua Chatfield will start on the interchange bench.
Ewan Macpherson has again been named the 23rd player.
The Bulldogs will be looking to bounce back from their season-opening defeat last Friday against Sydney.
Gate 4 at VU Whitten Oval will open at 4.30pm for a 5.35pm start, with tickets available for pre-purchase here.
