Jill Hennessy
Jill has lived within a drop punt of Whitten Oval for most of her life, raising a family of Western Bulldog supporters.
After working as a lawyer, Jill was elected to the Victorian Parliament. For over a 13 years Jill worked to make things fairer and better for the communities of Melbourne's west. Many of the ground breaking reforms she championed as the Minister for Health and Attorney General become benchmarks other governments across Australia are striving to meet. Jill remains passionate abut supporting health and wellbeing programs that empower and connect people with our rich local community. She has been a director of many boards including Western Health and Western Region Community Health (now Co-Health). She holds a Masters of Public and International Law, a Bachelor of Laws and is a Graduate of Australia Institute of Company Directors.
