Western Bulldogs midfielder Marcus Bontempelli has received a Coates Hire Goal of the Year nomination for his snap goal in the Bulldogs win over the Gold Coast Suns on Saturday.
Bontempelli's goal came in the final term and kick-started the Bulldogs' spark that saw them kick ten final quarter goals.
From a boundary throw in, and a Jack Macrae handpass, Bontempelli's classy goal pegged the Suns' lead back to 19 points and began the Bulldogs turnaround.
